Nevoa (Tempe, AZ). Served as counsel for a Cadre Partners partnership in a $1.6 million Series A Preferred investment.

ED2 (Tucson, AZ). Served as counsel for DVI Equity Partners and co-investor in a $1.5 million Series Seed Preferred investment.

Radiance Therapeutics (Tucson, AZ). Served as counsel for Cadre Partners Fund and sidecar in a $2 million Series A Preferred investment.

Luminoso (Boston, MA). Served as counsel for DVI Equity Partners and co-investors in a $7.5 million Series B Preferred investment.

Wasabi Technologies (Boston, MA). Served as counsel for DVI Equity Partners in a $5 million Series B Preferred investment.

Tacit (Toronto, Canada). Served as counsel for DVI Equity Partners in a convertible debt financing.

Broadway Village Shopping Center (Tucson, AZ). Served as counsel to Commercial Retail Investors and affiliates in the $5 million purchase of Tucson’s oldest shopping center, which was developed by John Murphey and designed by Swiss architect Josias Joesler. Handled acquisition of center, formation of acquisition entities, private offering to raise equity, commercial bank financing, subsequent refinancing, and anchor tenant lease with Natural Grocers.

McCormick Ranch Industrial Center (Scottsdale, AZ). Served as counsel to Murphey Trust and affiliates in the $10.7 million purchase of a multi-tenant industrial center. A tenants-in-common structure was used to accommodate a 1031 exchange into the property, and the existing CMBS financing was assumed.

Parkway Fountains Office Building (Phoenix, AZ). Served as counsel to Murphey Trust and affilliates in the $9.3 million sale of an 80,000 SF multi-tenant office building in northeast Phoenix.

Tucson Realty & Trust Residential (Tucson, AZ). Represented Tucson Realty in the sale of its residential division to Long Realty.
